RAINBOW FRUIT SALAD

ANY TIME OF THE DAY!

INGREDIENTS:
FRESH FRUIT OF YOUR CHOICE.
FRUIT JUICE (OPTIONAL)
FRESH HERBS (MINT OR BASIL)

BY COLOUR: 
RED: STRAWBERRIES, CHERRIES, RED APPLES, RASPBERRIES, WATERMELON
GREEN: GRAPES, KIWI, GREEN APPLES, HERBS (MINT)
ORANGE/YELLOW: ORANGE, ROCK MELON, MANGO, NECTARINES, PINEAPPLE, PAPAYA
BLUE/PURPLE: PLUMS, BLUEBERRIES, BLACKBERRIES
WHITE: BANANA, LYCHEES, PEACH,

UTENSILS:
CUTTING BOARD, MIXING/SALAD BOWL, SERVING SPOON, SHARP KNIFE.

METHOD:
DECIDE WHICH COLOURFUL FRUITS TO HAVE IN YOUR SALAD. 
WASH AND CUT THE FRUITS INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. 
TRANSFER TO A SALAD BOWL, (WITH A CUP OR TWO OF FRUIT JUICE, IF YOU CHOOSE).
STIR AND SERVE THE FRESH FRUIT INTO BOWLS. 
GARNISH WITH FRESH MINT, NUTS AND/OR CHIA SEEDS.
SERVE WITH ICE CREAM, YOGURT, OR PANCAKES. BEST EATEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY!
