Mission

Our mission is to educate, empower and encourage school children to take responsibility for their nutrition and become active participants in the fight against food waste. We believe that by encouraging our students to be: proactive, ethically minded, and health conscious, we can create a healthier, more sustainable future.

The objectives

  • Empower students to prepare and cook nutritious food,
  • Encourage mindful eating and healthy habits and,
  • Promote food-waste awareness.

Target Market

Schools on the Sunshine Coast. Y3-8 students.

  • Mother of three, lived in the French Alpes (2004-2022).
  • Ran an ethical fashion business (2006-2016).
  • Primary and ESL Teacher, HPE Specialist & Positive Discipline Certified Educator (2016-2023).
  • Passionate about outdoor sports, design, fresh food, and home-cooking.
