NUTRITIOUS, DELICIOUS AND CHEAPER THAN SHOP-BOUGHT
INGREDIENTS:
3 CUPS JUMBO OATS
1 CUP BRAN
½ CUP ALMOND FLAKES
1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
2 TBSP GROUND CINNAMON
1/3 CUP TAHINI PASTE
1/3 CUP HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP
1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
UTENSILS:
MIXING BOWL (1X LARGE, 1X SMALL), MEASURING CUP, SPOON, BAKING TRAY, BAKING PAPER, AIRTIGHT JAR (STORAGE)
METHOD:
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEG.
MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL.
IN A SMALLER BOWL, WHISK THE 3 WET INGREDIENTS.
STIR THE WET INTO THE DRY MIXTURE.
POUR THE UNCOOKED GRANOLA ONTO A BAKING TRAY, LINED WITH BAKING PAPER.
SPREAD OUT EVENLY.
BAKE FOR 30 MINS, STIRRING AFTER 15 MINS.
WHEN GOLDEN BROWN, REMOVE FROM THE OVEN.
LET COOL BEFORE STORING.
STORAGE:
STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS (BUT I GUARANTEE IT WILL NOT LAST THIS LONG!)
