INGREDIENTS:
1X STICK BREAD (BAGUETTE OR TURKISH BREAD)
2X GARLIC GLOVES (MINCED) (1X TSP ‘LAZY GARLIC’ OR DRIED WORKS TOO)
2/3 CUP (200g) BUTTER
HANDFUL OF FRESH PARSLY (CHOPPED) (OR DRIED, OR ANY OTHER GREEN HERBS!)
PINCH OF SALT
UTENSILS:
SMALL MIXING BOWL, SPOON, SHARP KNIFE, CUTTING BOARD, BAKING TRAY, ALUMINIUM FOIL
METHOD:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREES.
MIX THE SOFTENED BUTTER WITH THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
WITH A SHARP KNIFE, CAREFULLY CUT THE BREAD HORIZONTALLY, LEAVING ABOUT 3CM BETWEEN EACH CUT.
PLACE THE BREAD ON ALUMINIUM FOIL SO THAT THE BUTTER STAYS INSIDE THE BREAD.
USING YOUR FINGERS, FILL THE CUTS EVENLY WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER MIXTURE.
FOLD THE FOIL OVER BOTH SIDES OF THE BREAD AND PLACE ON THE OVEN TRAY.
BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
STORAGE: NO NEED! THERE WILL BE NO LEFTOVERS! 😊
