1.5 CUP MILK

PINCH OF CAYENNE & SALT
¾ CUP HARD CHEESE (GRATED)
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
(SEE BOTTOM OF RECIPE FOR COMMON COMBINATIONS)
1 CUP MEAT OR VEGE (CUT INTO SMALL CHUNKS) + ½ CUP NUTS OR 1/4 CUP SEEDS
UTENSILS:
CUPCAKE TRAY (LINED WITH MUFFIN CASES OR SQUARES OF BAKING PAPER), MEASURING CUP, 2 MIXING BOWLS, TABLESPOON, SPATULA
METHOD:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEG. FAN.
MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL.
IN THE OTHER BOWL, MIX THE DRY INCREDIENTS.
COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS FROM BOTH BOWLS TOGETHER, THEN ADD THE ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS OF YOUR CHOICE (SEE COMBINATIONS)
USING A TABLESPOON, FILL THE MUFFIN CASES 2/3 FULL. IF YOU HAVE A BAKING TIN (BANANA CAKE SHAPE,) YOU MAY PREFER TO MAKE A SAVOURY CAKE/’LOAF’)
PLACE THE MUFFINS IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MINS UNTIL COOKED THROUGH, AND GOLDEN ON TOP.
PERFECT IN LUNCHBOXES, EATEN WITH A SALAD OR SNACK (CUT IN HALF, WITH BUTTER OR CREAM CHEESE!)
STORAGE: IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE FOR A WEEK OR MONTHS IN THE FREEZER.
