DARK CHOCOLATE BARK

DINNER PARTY WIN, IN 5 MINUTES!

INGREDIENTS: (SNACK FOR 4X PEOPLE)
1 CUP CHOCOLATE BUTTONS/DROPS (DARK, MILK OR WHITE CHOCOLATE)
1 TSP AVOCADO OR COCONUT OIL PINCH OF FLAKEY SEA-SALT
A SMALL HANDFUL OF TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE-SUGGESTIONS:
DRIED CRANBERRIES OR GINGER / COCONUT FLAKES / TOASTED PISTACHIO OR ALMOND NUTS / RASPBERRIES / STRAWBERRIES/ PUMPKIN SEEDS.

UTENSILS:
SMALL (PYREX) MIXING BOWL, MEASURING CUP, TEASPOON, RUBBER SPATULA, KNIFE, BAKING PAPER, LARGE TUPPERWEAR CONTAINER.

METHOD:
DECIDE ON YOUR TOPPINGS. IF ADDING NUTS AND SEEDS, TOAST THEM IN A FRYING PAN OR IN THE OVEN.
REMOVE FROM HEAT AS THEY STARTS TO TURN GOLDEN.  WHEN COOLED, ROUGHLY CHOP THE LARGER NUTS.

PLACE THE CHOCOLATE IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL AND PLACE IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS.
REMOVE, STIR, ADD THE OIL AND RETURN TO THE MICROWAVE FOR ENOUGH TIME FOR THE CHOCOLATE TO MELT.
POUR THE MELTED CHOCOLATE ONTO BAKING PAPER-LINED TUPPERWEAR. USING A SPATUAL, SPREAD OUT THE CHOCOLATE EVENLY.
RETURN TO YOUR PREFERRED TOPPINGS (NUTS & FRUIT) AND SPRINKLE OVER THE CHOCOLATE, FOLLOWED BY A PINCH OF SEA SALT.
IF YOU HAVE TIME, LET THE CHOCOLATE COOL BEFORE PLACING IN THE FRIDGE (TO REDUCE THE CONDENSATION ON THE SURFACE.)
PUT A LID ON THE TUPPERWEAR AND PLACE IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL READY TO EAT.
BREAK THE BARK (OR BRITTLE) INTO PIECES AND SHARE WITH FRIENDS!
