1X CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES (OR TIRED FRESH STRAWBERRIES-OR ANY OTHER RED FRUITS)
1X BANANA (CHOPPED. FROZEN OR FRESH)
1X CUP MILK / (OR HALF COCONUT WATER)
1/2 CUP NATURAL YOGURT
1X TBSP HONEY
PINCH OF CINNAMON
GARNISH: A PINCH OF BLACK OR WHITE CHIA SEEDS, A SPRIG OF MINT OR BASIL, OR A FRESH STRAWBERRY.
UTENSILS:
ELECTRIC BLENDER, CUTTING BOARD, DRINKING GLASS OR MASON JAR, KNIFE, MEASURING CUP, REUSABLE STRAW.
METHOD:
MIX THE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER, STARTING WITH THE LIQUIDS.
AFTER ABOUT ONE MINUTE, WHEN THERE ARE NO MORE LUMPS, POUR INTO 4X GLASSES.
SPRINKLE SOME CHIA SEEDS ON TOP AND OTHER GARNISHES.
