INGREDIENTS:
4 LEMONS- JUICE
1 L WATER (SPARKLING OR STILL)
8 TSP BROWN SUGAR
OPTIONAL: ICE & SMALL HANDFUL FRESH MINT LEAVES
UTENSILS:
SMALL SAUCEPAN, WOODEN SPOON, TEASPOON, CUTTING KNIFE, CUTTING BOARD, JUG
METHOD:
DISSOLVE THE SUGAR IN HALF A CUP OF HOT WATER.
CUT THE LEMONS IN HALF AND SQUEEZE THE JUICE INTO THE JUG.
ADD THE SUGAR SOLUTION AND WATER TO THE JUG. STIR.
ADD ICE & MINT LEAVES (OPTIONAL) POUR INTO TALL GLASSES, AND SLURP WITH A BAMBOO STRAW!
